Please note SCTV Central is a commercial broadcaster and therefore obligated to operate within the TV1 Central & Eastern Australia broadcasting license area.

Travellers/Mobile
Cards
Applications for cards used in a “mobile” situation i.e. not at a permanent location/household within our license area; should be submitted by the Owner of the card. An application on company letterhead is required for cards being used in mobile mining camps, road construction camps etc.
Travellers’ applications are assessed on a case by case basis and may be activated for a timeline of up to 6 months, after this time the service will be disabled unless a fresh application/itinerary is supplied.

Lost Signal
If you are registered for Southern Cross Television Central as a permanent viewer at a fixed location within our commercial license area and have lost our service, please phone Optus Satellite Support Services on 1300 301 680 and follow the prompts for automatic reactivation of your card.
